Call Answering Service Prices
At The Answer Centre we like to make the pricing for our Call Answering Service as simple and transparent as possible. On our Pay As You Go plan all you pay is 99p per call. There is no set up fee, there is no charge for sending you messages by email or text and it doesn’t matter how long it takes us to handle the call as we do not charge per second. We also include a free out-of-hours voicemail box with the service which will will be set up with a greeting in your own company name.
Virtual Office Service Prices
If what you require is a complete Virtual Office Service then we are able to provide that by combining our Telephone Answering Service with our prestigious mailing address service. For only £35 per month you can use either our Edinburgh city centre address or our Wokingham town centre address in Berkshire. Mail will be forwarded to you on a daily or weekly basis according to your requirements. Alternatively, if you are in the local area then you can pop in to reception at any time to collect your mail.
We can also offer meeting room hire at each of our locations and our impressive meeting rooms are competitively priced at only £35 per hour. Whatever your requirements are for your meeting, just let your Answer Centre PA know and we will make the necessary arrangements. The level of support provided by The Answer Centre means that you can focus fully on ensuring that your meeting goes to plan.
Virtual Address Prices
If you don’t require a telephone answering service but simply need a virtual address service then we are happy to provide that as a separate service. The price is £35 per month and meeting rooms are also available to hire at our standard rate of £35 per hour. Our staff are always available to provide you with admin support and secretarial services as required.
